Child porn is, understandably, a very serious offense; so much so that there's an entire TV show dedicated to catching those willing to have sex with a minor, thus potentially also guilty of the first crime. As you can expect, people will do near anything to escape charges, though sometimes they end up getting themselves into worse trouble than they initially were. One such example is a 48 year old man named Keith Griffin, as NBC Miami reports, who told police that his cat was the one behind the 1000+ child porn images on his computer.

PDC 2008 Live Blog & Stream

Today marks the beginning of Microsoft's Professional Developers Conference 2008 in sunny Los Angeles.

As it is PDC day 1 this will be "cloud day" and Ray Ozzie, Amitabh Srivastava, Bob Muglia and David Thompson will all be holding keynotes this morning to reveal Microsoft's plans for cloud computing and their software+services of Windows 7 coupled with Windows Live.

41 Employees Fired For Porn Surfing

Washington DC - 41 Washington DC workers have been fired or suspended after they accessed thousands of porn sites on city computers. Nine employees were fired while the other 32 were suspended. Both male and female employees were disciplined after the month-long investigation.

EA announces no less than 30 games in development for PS3

EA announced today that is has more than 30 games in development for Sony's Playstation 3. Of course for the launch of the system, we already know that Madden 2007, Tiger Woods 2007, and Need for Speed Carbon will launch with the Playstation 3 (NBA Live 2007 is "supposed" to be a launch title) but EA dropped a big one today by saying they have over 30 games in development for the system, and that between 8 and 10 are for release between the PS3 launch and March 2007.   The games currently listed for the Playstation 3 - not always with an actual release date, as as follows:

Microsoft consolidates explicit Bing content to new address

When Neowin reported last week about Bing allowing users to watch porn videos and browse pornographic material using its search, businesses, schools and other large corporations complained that Bing maybe a gateway to free porn. Bing was blocked by some companies to prevent porn surfing during work hours, where Microsoft instantly became to form a solution to the problem.
