Yes but the reboot reference is to the rearm install. And for cmd in admin mode, simply go to All Programs>Accessories and right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator.

hmm ... where am I wrong?
here's what I get:
'slmgrhack' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

ops!
sorry, I was typing the command found on the txt that comes with the rar :)
I'm rebooting ... let's see if it works fine.

It's fake.

I windiffed slmgr.vbs and slmgrhack.vbs

The only difference is that slmgrhack.vbs has been modified to not report rearm failures. The QuitOnError() was removed from the rearm module.

The only thing slmgr -rearm does is call the slc.dll ReArm method. It's up to slc.dll to allow/reject it, and this patch doesn't affect slc.dll

Why do you guys bother using this reArm thing...? This method has been confirmed useless by the author himself and many others.
YOU BETTER LOOK FOR THE KMS METHOD.
Just want to let you know

Hey guys, i also wanted to confirm that this works great...i've only done my first rearm on Vista Ultimate x86 Version so i'm not sure how many times it'll work but at least i got till end of Jan now.

Just follow the instructions, its simple, i ran the slmgrhack command from the "C:\windows\system32" directory.

Thanks for a gr8 hack :D
