u have to run it as administrator and u'll see
not working here win 7 x64 tried everything.
i still dont see this actually does. i tried running it as admin and it still shows up
the same.. maybe this is just for vista? i recall vista using a win2000 like style on its
command prompt.
how do you make it work
i've seen some images of it when it works, the whole window is glassy, but like i said i
only saw images i've yet to see it actually work.
i can change the skin to animated water. this is just the coolest skin yet!

i have windows 7 home basic, i did enable the aero feature. but
still i cannot see the personalize menu in popup(right click on desktop).
kindly help me out to add personalize menu in the same.
