The Move Start button & System Tray application was designed to be a fancy tool that will move the system Tray and Start Button along the taskbar.

Once you click on a Move start button option then you Windows XP Start Button will automatically start scrolling on your taskbar. You can use your start button as usual similarly you can move system tray across your taskbar.
