what the hell micro$haft, what the hell.
i downloaded this to make a simple video i
knew i could make on xp, but the features i need to do it are missing from the program,
namely the ablity to change the playback speed of a video (so i can make a 4min video fit
a 1 min audio file with out cutting the video).
the program also has a huge
crash bug: try switching from 4:3 to 16:9 in the view options, see how fast the program
crashes for you.
they want xp users to upgrade their old (but stable and trusted) os for only a movie
editor lol. sony vegas is much better, yeah it's a shareware lol. but in my opinion
windows xp mm is also better than this piece of shit, it looks complicated and not easy to
use. btw you can download vista movie maker 2.6 for xp with skin, just google its still
good enough for me to keep my xp
i can't say anything good about mm. it failed, it fails, and will always fail. every
version, ever since windows xp came out, freezes and crashes about every 5 minutes.

idk where you're getting your info from, but sony vegas is not
shareware... unless you consider paying $599 shareware.
i just got the windows 7 movie maker and it's very disappointing to me. 1st there's
only a handful of effects. that was very unsatifactory. second there's only one option
for capturing hd video: you must capture the whole tape!! how ridiculous and
disdappointing!!
