A new version of Office 2010 build which is said to be the first official beta (Beta 1) build of 2010 Microsoft Office Systems have leaked to Internet.
The latest Office 2010 Beta1 has the build version of 14.0.4302.1000, and is compiled or signed off on July 8, 2009. Although it’s still been labeled as Technical Preview, it may be the build version of Office 2010 that goes out to registrants of Office 2010 Technical Preview Program (TPP), and is widely to be considered as Office 2010 Beta 1. Interestingly, after installation, it shows the Office 2010 programs as Microsoft Office 2010 Mondo (Technical Preview).
Both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) setup installer of Microsoft Office 2010 Mondo version 14.0.4302.1000 is available for free download. The leaked Office 2010 is Office 2010 Ultimate edition.

downloaded, used the x64 edition. seems to work without a hitch. what's with the
smiley/sad face feedback thing? really weird. no need for a serial, like someone said
above, must be a 30 day trial. works really smooth. seems stable enough. love outlook!
works well with gmail's email grouping...awesome! instead of it being individual emails,
it groups all emails between replies from the same people.
the smiley sad or happy face feedback thing is there to inform microshed if you have
those brake shit stripes in ya underpents (the ones which are created if you dont whipe ya
a-hole sparkle and clean good enough) so if you see that 10feet hevay truck brake mark in
ya pents hit the sad face.
if its clean hit the happy face and dont forget you
can hit as many times as you must take a dump and also use the feedback tool if you did
make a dump not b4 and hit a happy smile that doesnt count.
the final will then have no bugs,

so, guys, does this work only for 30days? can somebody try this for me? (eg setting clock
forward and see if its working)

just downloaded, installed on win7 7260 and it's working smoothly. installation was with
no errors. looks great. does anyone know the solution for 30days restriction? i tried
forwarding system clock and it stops working and says that it's not activated... so yes,
its really trial.
actually... now i see that it's still working. you just need to close the 'this is not
activated copy...blahblah' window every time. probably no other restrictions.. dont know
yet.
how the flying heck do i uninstall this?

i had terrible problems. when i tried setup technical preview v14.0.4302.1000, i get
empty riboon on word, mistakes on excel. i could uninstall. i used clean regedit, delete
folders. when i tried install project, visio and sharepoint designer 2007 i got error.
i get solve it upgrade from windows 7 build 7100 to 7600.
i planning go on
office 2007 until office 2010 professional retail.
i'm afraid get nightmares again.
to all of you the uninstallation of the mondo version of office 2010 is really screwed so
pls download the office_2010_technical_preview. but for those who have installed it and is
trying to uninstall and facing problems try the following
type "installer" in
the run dialog without quotes,
you will be taken into a folder where all the
installers are backed up,
just goto detail view and add subject / title to
details and find the office 2010 programs, those will be individual installers for each
app so you will have some time uninstalling each and every part of it.
and for
those looking for a way of using it after 30 days just rearm it, there is a doc file
floating around in torrents that you will come across which will give u details
description on how to rearm office 2010 for 30 more days, i think this can be done 3 times
but i am not so sure.....
sorry for that missing part on how to uninstall, just right click each file thats is of
office 2010 mondo edition and there will be an option on context menu to uninstall.
