Microsoft's announced its Euro version of Windows 7, affectionately and officially dubbed Windows 7 E, will not come packaged with Internet Explorer, or any other browser for that matter.
Windows 7 will be offered in Europe in all of the versions that will be available here in the United States, both 32- and 64-bit, with an “E” at the end of the product name (for instance, Windows 7 Home Premium E).
The E versions of Windows 7 will ship at the same time as Windows 7 ships in the rest of the world, and they will be available in 23 European languages.

this download is slow as *** its only going at 30k a sec, i have been downloading for
over 16 hours and i got 11 remaining....
i've install 7264, (down from other place) works fine. e version is mistake!- eg. not
possible update ms office without internet explorer. must copy only 2 files to sys files
(32bit folder and 64bit programfiles folder - if you have 64bit version)- iexplore.exe,
all other files is in place (. after that all is o.k.
