still seems like a third party app to me... just a less complex one.
this is the link to windows 7 build 7227 32-bit not confirmed but appears genuine iam

also on that page it said build 7230 for 32 and 64 bit would be uploaded on
piratebay for download in a few hours. i'll be waiting and watching
there is a new version that can automatically resize images that are too larger and other
