Whenever you activate your Windows XP a files is created called wpa.dbl which hold the activation information. The information in this file is specific to the original hardware of the computer it resides on. Using Windows Reactivator, you may backup this file prior to reinstalling Windows XP and thereafter restore the wpa.dbl file.

thats why most people use pirated copies, no one wants to pay double (or more) to install
diffrent keys on diffrent machines. also if you change your hardware you can't even use
your xp/vista/w7 key anymore.
vlk edition doesn’t need activation lol
stp edition doesn't need it either.
