No news about the changelog, but probably only bugfix for that build!
This should leak today/tonight sometime x86 first. This build has now been confirmed and it has not even been released to TAP yet. There are changes in this build, but wont be known until it has been installed and confirmed.

works fine also upgrading build 7100 or 7127. other languages mui must be reinstalled.
windows update will not recognize such build and won't update. only 7100 does
matador could you please use megaupload its a lot better then rapidshare + there's no
wait
