is it only for english version ???
every time i start the windows 7, a notepad containing the following lines appears:
[.shellclassinfo]
localizedresourcename=%systemroot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
could anyone tell me how to get rid of it.

1) this is an odd bug, mostly due to the fact that some instances of desktop.ini are
visible and not set to system and hidden. fortunately the fix for this is quite easy:
2) navigate to c:\programdata\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\startup
delete desktop.ini
3) navigate to
c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\startup
4) delete desktop.ini if present.
wnen i click on the "click here to accept the microsoft license terms.", and then click
the "continue" button i get; "running update detection, please wait.". i then get an
error stating "the detection failed, this could be due to a corrupted installation
database." and then the upgrade quits. i've tried to remove office 2007, whick it
refuses to allow me to remove the complete package or any part of office 2007. strange
thing ois; i can upgrade to windows 7 and it allows me to updated office 2007 to sp2 with
no problem. i can even remove all or part of office 2007. anyone else having this problem?
is there a fix out there for it?
