on topic….. just installed 7057 64bit and i must say it runs smooth as silk. it’s nice to
see ms giving the people what they want instead of shoving crap down your throat.
the windows gadgets are now working in this build.
anyone having problem conecting windowsmail to conect to your mail account in windows 7

uac is fixed in this build. haven't had any annoyances with it. it's a lot faster,
and not many new features but more under the hood work. i guess rtm is ready to be
released. just a few more bug fixes, and should be good to go. only bug i found is that
when playing windows media, and you have it minimized. the preview thumbnail is upside
down when playlist is active in compact mode.

i cant get it to go past the setup is loading or whatever that is.. it takes forever to
get to that screen too.. i waited an hour to get to the setup screen and nothing happens
it stuck on setup is starting blah blah blah.. what bs i wasted 14 hour d/l to use it and
its fubar.. i am going to wait for a rc2 leak maybe that will work.

i 99% of you n00bs never heard of windows neptune either...
to work around the 3 day activation. i applied a patch to it, though it didn't
activate. a window comes up and says for you restore to earlier settings so you can
activate your windows..lol it doesnt lock you out either. at bottom it states this
windows is not genuine...:)
internet explorer constantly crashes by mail.com etc. alot on compatability issues in
this build. not even my ms messenger 2009 works anymore!
there hasn't been any huge changes on 7048 to 7057, but more stability. i haven't
gotten any problems with crashes, and neither problems running with msn 2009. if you guys
are having problems with crashes it's probably due to hardware issues on your part. as
far as activation to get the one year just get the orbitz all patch.
after clean install got this as soon open desktop opens notepad

7048 worked 100 pro, only probs now with new build
i dont know what its for but i just delete it and had no problems so far
windows 7 rc will be build 7100 and it will be in april as i heard
dont have appdata!c:\users\username\appdata\local\microsoft
i've installed it on my personal laptop. and i think its better then vista. i have the
beta version but i have cracked it. that's what it its all about .. lol
