VTP9 has officially been released. Back, and better than ever, VTP9 is sure to be an eye-popper, even for those who have already been using VTP for years.
Some of the new features include:
- New Lightweight "Vista Rainbar" (A sidebar based on the Rainmeter API)
- Improved versions of the highly acclaimed ViStart and ViOrb pair
- A more stable version of TrueTransparency (for emulating the transparent 'glass' we all like in Vista
- 'Visplore,' a new file explorer that has a glass toolbar and built-in search
- Much, much more...
Perhaps some of the best improvements are a supposedly completely stable x64 installer, Windows XP SP3 compatibility and complete install customization right in the installer.

looks like win7 to me lol
the new version is also working with low end pc vtp 8 had some kind of prob with intel
graphic card with the new version its sorted out.
wat i say is if u need some
changes in ur old desktop go for it .
i have core2quad cpu 2.0ghz with 8gb of ram but this make my pc sluggish. better to
install vistamizer version 2.2.10 its really transforms windows xp into vista. download
vista sidebar from rainmeter & other eyecandy at lee-soft.com

when i close my screen on my laptop(i put down the screnn) its supposed to stand by but
it freeze at the point says "preparing to stand by"
need help to solve this
problem
