i thought messenger plus has a bunch of rogue apps it installs even if you say no....

yes, its safe. you have the option to install the sponser program or not... just click
'i refuse' when installing and you wont have a problem
use to love it..till they remove the advertisement option from msn messenger. they use to
have that option to remove certains things you did not want.
i use a-patch
now....way better than this peice of junk.
