the program should be called vista4retards. it doesn't offer anything that the average

sounds very usefull tool to me, everybody cannot be a genious.
the average vista user doesn't know to toggle all the options in this program, but it's
nothing i didn't know how to switch.
i already know how to do all the things mentioned.
but this still sounds very
useful.
especially for new installations when i don't wanna have to go through
everything to optimize the install.
it takes too much time out of your life to do all
that,
and it's easy to forget how to disable all the different bullshit that comes
with vista just to get it to run at max performance.

samic, im an expert in xp but i am so fedup of new bs things in all these softwares that
i did not want to learn to tweak these settings, so this progie works for me
amazing feature set in a futuristic interface! i must integrate this into babya system at
once! i hope it runs on my pentium 166.

some people will find this useful, others think it is rubbish or below their
intelligence. so what? just google vista tweaks or something and fins a better prog maybe.
the real point is: vista = eye candy = sloooowwwwww performance. my dual core laptop
running vista home takes 75+ secs longer to load from cold than my p4 pc running xp.

hey reader1 i'm not saying vista is better than xp but i've had no problems with vista
at all and my boot time is half that of xp, the difference being my pc has the hardware to
run it but not the latest and greatest mind you. i used to dual boot but i just stopped
using xp altogether even for games, yes even crysis, so not all of us are having a bad
experience.

people who bash vista cause they're too dumb to learn how to tweak or use the right
hardware should just go back to dos and learn the basics.
that's all there is to say. all tweaks are in the registry. if you call yourself a
tuning expert, you know the regkey, or have a .reg file on your usb stick just in case you
come across a new computer (whether it be xp or vista) that is not configured correctly.
als these so-called "expert tools" are just a sleek gui to one of the most powerful
tuning utils around (that would be regedit.exe). just a waste of diskspace in my world.
also it has a few bugs, that once you remove, like sidebar, when you try and return it to
loads each time windows loads, will not work.
