Microsoft lures Linux Hackers
section: microsoft, for your questions: KezNews forum, 2.8.2007
At next weeks LinuxWorld event the Microsoft Windows Embedded team will be hosting another free food/beer/chat event.
If you're at LinuxWorld on Wednesday August 8th from 6pm - 8pm and are:
* interested in finding out more about the .NET Micro Framework, Windows CE, Windows XP Embedded, or Windows Embedded for Point of Service
* Have some "tough" questions about Microsoft embedded operating systems
* or just want to eat and drink for free
Then come along to Jillians (map here) in the Metreon (just across the street from the Moscone Center).
If the thought of eating the left over chicken wings from last years LinuxWorld event isn't enough to lure you over to Jillians then how about taking away the Windows CE kernel source code and development tools for FREE!
More information can be found on the LinuxForDevices site.
