hi guys, where can i get vista home basic on a cdrom as i not have a dvd rom installed? i know there is a home premium on cdrom but i have an old pc so i need the home basic. please help if poss.

it's all on the same cd, the serial tells what to install or activate.

its the same shit as vista loader v2.1.2

everytime i see a new update or a hard work from a person who wants to share their tools a ingrate punk has to open his mouth bashing on it. say thank you and thankz again, quit bitching... u do the work if you think all these hard work is lame.

vistaboy, combo cdrom burners/dvd players are under $40 now. the same for dvd burners as well.

oops, i meant to say that to newbie.

newbie, you have to run vista upgrade adviser to see if your system will even run vista at all, even home basic. if it can't run it than there is no point in installing it. you can get vua directly from microsoft for free.

it says that i should run it in the command prompt as an administrator... that's what i did but it isn't working

it should help clear up confusion over these releases to some extent. excluding actual bios mods, this appears to fall under the "softmode 2" heading, so we have the original paradox (slic emulated in 32-bit driver), softmode 1 (probably the "vista activator" series of cracks - nice-looking gui, slic emu'd in boot loader), and softmode 2 (the "vista loader" series, previous version 2.1.2).

this appears to be a new release of the vista loader series, but without a changelog, who knows? i've never tried this one, so i assume it also uses a boot loader.

so is this the only activator that will activate the 64bit versions of vista?

ok guys, i managed to borrow a dvd reader and installed vista home basic on a 1.33ghz
pentium with 384mb ram and 20gb hdd. took a while but runs lovely

it's perfect. vista is acrive, all updates and genuine check granted, it loads on boot in 1 second, it's permanent and it 100% works on any configuration and any version of vista.

every other crack is shit compared to this...

it's the only one which works for me to activate vista 64 bits. althougth i've got an acer, i've had to emulate it with asus oem and that went finally !!!!

no matter what i do, i just can get it done!
what exact commandline must i use to do it?
when i run it as admin i now receive this:
please run this program in command prompt as administrator !
when i doubleclick the file 'install'
i receive this:
could not map drive partition to the associated volume device objects:permission denied.

it works on vista 64 bits "xtreme" ultimate. install with this serial 6f2d7-2pcg6-yqqtb-fwk9v-932cc. remove uac. run command prompt as admin. emulate with asus oem if it doesn't work with others oem.

tried many things, but this one works.
not a clean install, ultimate edition, installed without a serial.

extract and run install.

to newbie : if you like, you can install vista lite ultimate edition cd 669 mo (unattended-news.com). all languages are availables on windows update.

i downloaded the program and followed the instructions didnt work???????
read the message it displays in dos, about elevated permissions you have get round this, its very easy,
get to the cmd prompt through programs, before you click on it, right click and click on run as administrator, then run the commands in the instructions and it works, 100% oem :)

i got this method elsewhere and worked here using vista ultimate x64.

il mio vista è attivato perfettamente, ma tutte le volte all'avvio parte uan schermata nera con scritta boot loader paradox ecc.ecc. sicuramente c'e' qualcosa che non è stato fatto perfettamente, come faccio a disinstallarlo !!!

remember!!!!!! yor emualted bios will remember the information it was installed with, if at a later date you want to increase memory, adda different cpu or change the original bios info in any way you will not be able to boot into your cracked vista, workaround??? install new hardware onto computer, set bios to first boot using cd, insert vista disc, enter key code from cracked version in boxes, and upgrade, remember upgrade, your new info will be integrated into emulated bios and you can then start as normal

il problema è che mentre in una macchina dove ho la scheda madre recente, perciò supporto di slc tutto perfetto, inserito licenza oem al suo interno e tutto è veramente works, super perfetto, tecnica ormai collaudata e veramente perfetta, qui stiamo parlando di "voatk tools" credetemi è veramente eccezzionale infallibile, grande, mentre invecie nelle macchine più anziane cioè senza supporto slc devo ricorrere al metodo boot loader, questo metodo funziona perfettamente, ma all'avvio della macchina si vede chiaramente la schermata di dos boot loader eccc!! questo evidenzia chiaramente la copia ???, occorre trovare una soluzione per non far comparire questa schermata di avvio, poi per il restante tutto bene, ciao a tutti
