excellent tried loads before but this works a treat on ultimaate x64 and genuine logo displayed also clicked asus logo and yes to pop up but cannot see a logo, maybe i am not looking in right place.thanks for the fix much appreciated.

here's a stupid question. if one doesn't have one of the bios listed can one still use this? i have a msi motherboard with an award bios.

here the instructions:

instructions for clean installation of vista.

1. install windows vista with the serial below.
2. after that, log into vista and extract vistaloader.rar into a folder. eg c:\vistaloader
3. run comand prompt with administrator access.
4. browse into c:\vistaloader eg. cd\vistaloader
5. type install.cmd [oem]
6. reboot your machine...and you are activated...

*replace [oem] with asus, hp, acer ,lenovo, sony or dell. eg. if you are using dell, just type install.cmd dell in the command prompt with administrator acess.

i have an asus a8n sli deluxe with 1805.bin bios with nvraid 5.60 & sil3114 5.4.0.3 bios (not official asus bios), but i don't have slic table when i look in everest (acpi)

how i do exactly to install vista 64 ultimate with this crack ?

here the release note of this awesome crack:

features of vista loader 2.0

1. eliminate the need to physically modify real bios to crack windows vista slp 2.0 verification and activate the operating system.

2. vista loader 2.0 itself is a multiboot boot loader that contains all functionalities of grub4dos, with ability to boot off dos/linux, or via windows boot manager/syslinux/lilo, or from mbr/cd.

3. the oem bios emulator is loaded before operating system is called, thus it’s safe and reliable and highly compliance. beside, mbr (master boot record) may no longer needs to be modified.

4. vista loader 2.0 does not use too much system resources, and does not conflict the software application installed in the os.

5. support 32-bit and 64-bit (x86 and x64) windows vista, unlike oem bios emulation toolkit 1.0 by paradox which supports only 32-bit vista.

7. does not slow down the boot up process. benchmark shows loader increases just additional 1 second to the booting process of computer.

9. automatically install the corresponding oem certification for the brand.

10. can be used as bootable cd to activate windows vista, so that no modification or alteration is done to the hard disk drive.

yeah guys, this is 'the shizzle'...it is the crack we've all wanted. works for all vista editions, 32 or 64 bit.

i used this crack on a chaintect mobo & it works perfect except my 3 1/2 floppy drive doesn't show up in my computer & the floppy disk drive in device manager is missing? it was there before i used the crack.

oh yes! it works! but one thing, in the system properties, the asus logo looks squished! thats what i dont like. but yeah! it works!

1st thing you have to know is if your computer support the new bios's that work with instant activation. everest ultimate edition 2007 will tell you that. my new notebook does, so activation is very easy if i install with an oem key for the version of vista i desire. otherwise you have to fake the bios while you apply the crack.

it works on gigabyte motherboards, you chose any certificate you want - asus, dell...

but is there any gigabyte certificate ? i don't want to use asus on my gigabyte...

don't worry about certificates and your motherboards, it doesn't matter which you choose and what mobo do you have. the crack is the same, and the real goal is to permanenct activate and certificate your cracked copy of windows vista :p

my asus p5w dh motherboard, bios version 1901, has a slic table with nec listed as the oem id by everest. but from what i read you need more than that - the table has to be filled in by the oem. is there some way to fill the table with the correct info using hwdirect or such? is there a source for what should be in the table?

also, do you only need to do this one time, or is actviation checked every time you boot even after you have been activated?

tried on polish vista x64 (i had to use bios emulation) and it works perfectly!

i was monitoring my temps with windows vista and i noticed my gpu2(7800 gtx sli) was 88c, so i checked the sensors in everest ultimate and it didn't display any speed for gpu 2 fan, so i rebooted to xp and the fan works again. so now i'm afraid to use vista.

btw, the crack worked but i had to reinstall vista, because i couldn't get out of not genuine mode, even after a restore. when in not genuine mode it doesn't let you activate.

hi, i followed all the instructions and successfully activated (asus) windows.
i am able to install drivers/apps, works great.

but i noticed that if i try to open device manager or admin tools, windows throws a message "class not registered"
through cmd prompt i tried to open services.msc...it also throws the same message.

what could be the problem? can you guys help resolve this issue??


can i use any cert + key listed, why is only the toshiba logo available and nothing else?

i have copied the vistaloader_2.1.2 folder to my hard drive, but when i run command prompt, it keeps telling me to "please run this program in command prompt as administrator....press any key to continue...."

but i am running command prompt as administrator (right click; run as administrator)! what am i doing wrong?

you need to change directory before executing the install.cmd.

while in admin mode:

1. change directory: type "cd c:\vistaloader_2.1.2"

you will switch from c:windows\system32 to the vistaloader directory c:\vistaloader_2.1.2

2. install: type: "install.cmd"

thar she blows! now you can move on certs.

woks fine. but i needed to install bios emulation on my abit nf7-s2 motherboard

i tried to do this using the bios emulator and i got an error message at the end saying something about:

activating windows(tm) vista, ultimate edition

what is wrong?

alright, so i'm building a custom pc for myself, and i want to install vista x64 ultimate. i download a file, burnt it to a dvd, but will this work with my pc??? or do i have to have a dell or something. i have an asus motherboard, but i don't know if the vista i downloaded is oem or not plz help!!!

use something called vista loader 2.6 crack. this crac is from china, and you won't have any problems with your floppy, sorry i dont remember the exact link, just use google and try to find it your self. i'm sure you will find some torrents...

what about keys and oem certificates

i thank you sooo much! i've tried others on keznews, very simple, easy to use. i was 4 days away from activation, then i tried this.

one word, though, although everest did not report my motherboard to have the stuff neccessary, without emulation mobos,or anything, it worked.

upon typing "slmgr.vbs -xpr" in the run dialog box, it says "the machine is permanently activated"

i haven't rebooted yet, but once i do, i will post back if it doesn't work. if it does, then i won't :d

i already installed vista. works fine. i let it work on 30 day trial.
whenever i tried to open device manager/admin tools/services.msc, it constantly throws a error message..."class not registered"

i tried to reinstall few times, still i got the same error. then i tried this activation pack, it cracked oem. i configured for asus. i still get that error message!!!!

but windows seems work fine. sometimes suddenly few services stop running.......

can you tell me the root cause for this? how to solve this issue? anybody received the same errors???

ms is using a browser hijacker that affects browsers surfing on unwanted sites "just like kez" because they provide information in "how to hack e.g.vista". the common hijacker is "system dr" which tries to install some malicious "spyware remover", by hijacking the ip address of kez , over and over again. block it via ie, or via your fw. after a few days, a new address will pop up, also will need to be blocked..

i was having problems activating after i got past the emulation stage (i have a gigabyte mobo with no slic) and then the oem cert installation. then all hell broke loose!!! error messages popped up left and right ambushing me from all sides!! well thats an exageration, there was only one after step 3... so to fix it i grabbed the ultimate reg key in a previous post and went to change reg key, popped it in and then bam vista is activated!

so to conclude, if your emulating and it won't activate after the 3 stage (i checked with slmgr.vbs -dlv) get the key and change it to one of the ones above that corispond to the oem cert you installed!

ps. sorry if i sound delusional, i all but am, it's nearly 5 am here and i've been racking my brain for ideas for the past 4 hours...

i installed it yesterday for vista ultimate which has been installed since january with the time stopper running. today i went to microsoft downloads for the "ultimate" check for me. i installed and ran the microsoft genuine advantage tool. it validated it as genuine.

after the update computer is asking for new key???????? i been using the computer little over month now....i guess ms knows which copy is real....

i have a slic and rsdt ready mobo. but only the vista loader option works for me. any idea why i cannot use method 1?
if a try method 2, at the following commancd "c:\windows\system32\slmgr -ato" i get a activation failed error
