everyones pc is temporally genuine until microsoft updates the wga tool after that users are going to have to
go back and find another crack, just like i said in fourm. don't think vista will permanently be genuine! but
temp. plus it may not work for program installion that needs wga fyi

sad, absolutely sad. microsoft spent so much money, yet, falls to the hands of pirates even before the os to
be cracked was officially launched.

joemama this isn't meant to activate your vista, it just includes a file that's meant to all you to past
the windows validation test, but vista's with the time crack installed already past the test...until
microsoft updates its wga tool anyway.
it doesn't activate ur copy but juste stop time and validate genuine
this method does not let you pass wga if using the kms activation method. when you try to pass wga, it still
says it is not genuine, even with the legitcheck.dll file replaced.
after several reboots, this works. i thought it didn't at first, but it's important to know that the timer
runs down.. (it's not frozen, like this crack: http://keznews.com/2087_next_vista_2099_time_crack)
that was confusing the crap out of me, i have vista x86 ultimate on my laptop, won't dare download kb931573
or kb929391, using that older crack there and the timer is frozen. (i don't think i can re-arm on my laptop
anymore!) :)
anyone want to play guinea-pig and see if those to updates are safe to install with
this crack? :)
i forgot to point out that even though the timer runs down, it does **reset** after reboots.... so this crack
works :)

ok gang.... all updates were
installed on my vista ultimate x86 system and that timer's staying at 43200!!!!!
so its safe to
say, that with all updates as of feb 12 2007, this crack works on all clean installs. here are my findings:
-- with vista x64 ultimate, the timer **counts down** but is **reset** after each reboot. (so you
x64 users may want to reboot at least once every 29 or so days) :-)
-- with vista x86, the timer
appears to be frozen at 43200 minutes.
** so even though the cracked timer looks different between
x64 and x86 versions, it seems to be working.
*****remember, these were both clean installs today,
with ***no internet connection*** present during the entire install process on both machines!! so if any of
you are doing this with similar install environments and have **different results**, please let me know here!

hey guys, my vista is activated through rc1 files but i turned off windows update is there a way just to copy
the genuine file for me to do the updates? anybody can help?
i heard user say to just copy the legitcheckcontrol.dll file to the system32 folder:
windows\system32
it is working good but after instalation you can not update anymore,no windows defender,no language pack...
i possible to find activated files for final vista version ?

it actually stops the timer, instead of having to reboot to get it back to 43200. your timer won't be exactly
43200 because you wont be applying the patch at exactly 43200 lol. eg my timer is frozen at 43081, and i'm
using ultimate 64b.

i don't fully understand the point of this crack. i mean is this gets you past wga, good, but if you
previously installed the 2099 time stopper thing, and it works, your computer is virtually "genuine" since
it is within 30 days of trial during which u are allowed to update with wga right ? with the only difference
that you have 30 days today, tomorrow, next week, etc ...
so with this crack here, if ms updates wga, you
are screwed, wheras if you have timestopper, u are safe past any wga update since u "can" genuinely use wga
within your 30 days etc etc ...
i had installed vista bussiness using kms working fine.it is activated but not genuine. it does not pass the
geniune validation. is this crack make it genuine so that install all updates

looks like it worked for me on my macbook pro in a parallels install. hopefully it lasts longer than 30 or
180 days.

microsoft has stated that the os has methods to detect how long it has not been
activated. the 2099 bios trick or time stopper may not work forever after all
9 updates, 1 optional, 2 windows ultimate extras installed, and still 30 days and 43200 minutes remaining.
avgfree detected svchost32.exe as a trojan, and healed it.. i think that was 1) either the crack
itself, or 2) an intruder in the wild...
anyways, still up in running on a mac!
turn off automatic update and you will be fine. if you need to update, mannually download the updates and
install them.
after i apply this crack, my windows vista ultimate 64 is expired!

activation crack in place i'll go vista business, stopped trials are nice but permanent activation is the
only way.

ok so today i checked again, and the counter was *not being reset* after restarts!!
so i took
wutang's advice (thanks dude) and went and looked for v2a, but i just used ***timerstop v2.3*** instead and
it works... rearms, installs, reboots, with one click.
if you try it, any time-licenced programs on
your system will expire during the process, and you'll get a "can't install unsigned drivers on this
version of windows bla bla" notice... ignore and restart, you'll get a dosbox saying it was successfully
installed.

this, hope this works! (after 30 days) :-)
i just ran the 1 and 2 with no date put in, ran the check, installed crack and restarted. now timer is
frozen and all updates are installed.

i`ve the same problem...
i did another format today and did this.
1 disconnected cable.
2 installed this crack.
3 rebooted.
4 checked updates to see if they worked and they did.
5 ran
timerstop crack.
- verdict: wga works and timer is stopped. i would give it a try.
i've experimented a lot the last couple days, with both 32 and 64 bit vista ultimate, various cracks, having
used 3 pc's in my house to do about 7 or 8 test installs, and my final conclusion, as of this date is this:
go get timerstop v2.3. it *works*. if you cannot crack your existing vista, you're looking at a
reformat and clean reinstall... just remember to disconnect your internet before you install, and leave it
disconnected till after you use timerstop 2.3... ***one click*** will crack your system, it re-arms, changes
date, and everything on its own.
this applies to vista ultimate rtm, (not the recent available
*updated* download made available) - both 32 and 64-bit editions.....
and that's all there is to
it. it *can* be simple...........

hey eqs, the anser is already above :
you have to rename the .bat files (1 &nd 2 ) to .txt files and
then you can change the c's into d's.
it works 100%...i tried most of the others... its dead at 42300 minutes /30 days, end of story :-)

although i have used the rearm trick 3 times the timer stopped at 42 800 min. i use the
os already 7 days and it shows that i have 30 days to activate ;-)

its nice there is so much choice but if it works then why bother trying

that's a rc version you're using and not full / rtm version.
all beta's or rc
versions have a final expire date.
you're best bet is to continue using 5744 closer
to final expire date (after all it is a legit copy)& then either download full version
with timestopper/whatever crack will be around then or save you're money till then buy a
legit copy...either upgrade or oem.
thanx for the timestopper crack...it works fine with my vista...but maybe there`s some
work around to make the 30 days activation in the sytem properties replaced with the
genuine logo..:d peace
