so umm custom disc as in what with your own lyk oem info n stuff... wats it do?
" c:\documents and settings\your name\local settings\temp "
....is not always the
temporary/temporal folder/directory path in and for a windows environment.. (at least not for me who always
centralize user and system temps in one or different folder/dir... and am sure is not for a lot of users out
there who do the same...
for similar case you can try:
%userprofile%\local
settings\temp
or in short or classic old 8.3 file naming format:
%userprofile%\locals~1\temp
or
%temp%
or
%tmp%
and... if you already using "vista", the common path for temps
is "c:\users\pcasado\appdata\local\temp"
or
%userprofile%\

settings,applications sets and configs, etc).. in conjunction with patches, sp#, hot fixes and/or additional

media which the os is... and leave the installation to do all the intros and process without user
interaction...
