Dear Windows Beta Tester,

The Windows Beta Team, in conjunction with the Windows Product Groups, invites you to join us for the Feature Focus program. This optional testing opportunity is your chance to explore new technologies of Windows Vista and Longhorn Server with the Windows Team as your guide.

The Feature Focus program offers you a more directed testing experience. Through the Feature Focus program, participants will have access via the Microsoft Connect website to scenarios crafted by the Windows Product Groups focusing on new technologies. By choosing to participate, you will be able to provide feedback and participate in follow-up chats hosted by the product groups.

Feature Focus is a completely optional program. To receive reminders about current Feature Focus scenarios and discussions, you can join our opt-in email list in the survey section (https://connect.microsoft.com/survey/survey.aspx?SiteID=4&SurveyID=76) on Microsoft Connect. If you choose to opt-in, you can opt-out at any time.

For your first look at the Feature Focus program, please visit the Feature Focus calendar (http://windowsbeta.microsoft.com/featurefocus/default.aspx) available through the link for upcoming testing opportunities. You may also wish to join us in the Feature Focus newsgroup, microsoft.longhorn.beta.feature_focus, to share your experience with the Windows Product Groups.

We look forward to joining you as we begin this new Windows testing experience.

Sincerely,

The Windows Beta Team
